Chocolate-Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

We have a tradition around here. When it snows, we make two things: Homemade hot chocolate, and fudge.

Yes, you're invited. BYOS. That's Bring Your Own Sleigh.

There were talks of snowfall recently. Even though I knew no snow would result of it, I decided to go ahead and test out a recipe I was thinking about while eating a Reese cup.

Chocolate.
Peanut Butter.
Hot Chocolate.

Yup. Let's do it.

I didn't get to capture my other two cuties while making this but this little gal sure was cheesing up a storm and I just couldn't resist.  I see a bit of mischief in her sweet eyes. Man I sure love babies ya'll. I just can't get enough!

(makes 8 servings)
Ingredients:
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or even white chocolate chips)
1 + 1/2 tsp vanilla (or hazelnut extract for a twist)
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 cups half and half
marshmallows

Method:

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, chocolate chips, vanilla, peanut butter, and half and half. Stir constantly. Once combined, bring to almost boiling.
2. Pour into coffee mugs, and top with marshmallows if you'd like.

Go on. Lick your screen. Don't even check to see if someone is watching. I promise I won't even tell if you happened to dump add some Kahlua in there.

Now we are waiting for some snow!
